It is a weight loss recipe.This is
basically a Low carb high fat (LCHF) / Keto diet recipe those who are in this ketogenic diet or LCHF diet can relish the taste in this way…

Ingredients:
-1/3 lb Beef patty
-1/4 small yellow onion, sliced
-1 tbsp butter
-2 slices provolone cheese
-2 @cutdacarb flatbreads
-Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
-Heat medium skillet with butter on medium heat. SautΓ© onions until caramelized. Set aside on dish.
-Season patty with salt and pepper on both sides.
-Cook patty for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from heat.
-using a small plate, cut out a flatbread in the shape of the plate to use as crunchwrap topper. Set aside.
-Place 1 flatbread on cutting board. Place 1 slice of provolone cheese in the middle.
-Place patty onto cheese.
-Layer on onions and then place 2nd slice of cheese on top.
-place circular flatbread on top and then taking on edge, begin to fold the flatbread around the patty. Flip over to secure.
-Heat frying pan on medium heat and spray avocado oil to coat.
-Place patty melt crunchwrap onto skillet and heat for about 1-2 on each side.
-Serve immediately and enjoy!
